1. INTRODUCTION:

The Privacy Policy (Agreement on the use of the collar.com website (hereinafter referred to as the website or site) applies to all information that LLC “KOLLAR COMPANY” (EDRPOU 38346555, registration address: Chernihiv city, Hetmana Polubotka street, house 7 ) – hereinafter referred to as the Company, may obtain about the user (hereinafter referred to as the User or Client ) during his use of the collar.com website or resources owned by the Company and on which services are provided by the Company or third parties (hereinafter referred to as Partners).

The User agrees that his personal data may be transferred by the Company to third parties, the list of which is given below. The User agrees that the transfer of personal data to third parties does not require additional notification in accordance with Part 1 of Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. In the case of Using the Website, the User confirms that he has read this list and undertakes to check it with reasonable frequency. The persons to whom the User’s personal data may be transferred in accordance with the purpose of their processing are understood as the Company’s Partners, including, but not limited to, Business Partners (sellers who sell Goods through the Online Store at the link https://www.waudog.ua/), other Partners (contractors of the Company).

The Company and Partners are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and the security of their personal data. We are clear and transparent about what information we collect and how we process it.

The owner of the website user database is the Company .

Use of the website constitutes the User’s unconditional agreement with this Policy and the terms and conditions specified therein; if the User does not agree with these terms and conditions, he/she must refrain from using the website.

Within the framework of this Policy, the User’s personal data is:

1. Personal data that the User provides about himself/herself during registration (creation of an account) or in the process of using the website, or that the Company receives in another way, including the User’s personal data:

  • last name, first name and patronymic

  • date of birth

  • data on claims, complaints and other requests of the User sent using the website.

2. Data that is automatically transmitted to the Company during their use using the software installed on the device, including cookie information, information about the User’s device:

  • the address of the User’s computer (for example, IP address)

  • website pages, User visit time, time spent on these pages
  • unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data, mobile device type, mobile device IP address, mobile operating system, mobile internet browser type
  • cookies and other data from these files

The information that the Company collects includes data such as the number of users who have visited the Company’s sites, the pages that have been visited, whether the User has visited the Company’s website before, and helps the Company determine the products that the User is most interested in. This data also allows the Company to improve and enhance the User’s experience.

When giving consent to the processing of cookies, the Client confirms that they are familiar with their rights specified in Article 8 of the LAW OF UKRAINE “On Personal Data Protection”.

3. WHY WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA:

1. The Company collects and stores personal data that are necessary for the sale of goods and the provision of services to the User, they are processed with consent to the processing of personal data, for the purposes and methods specified in clause 2 of this section, except for cases where the legislation provides for the mandatory storage of personal information for the period specified by law.

2. The Company processes the User’s personal data, including collection, receipt, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction both with the use of automation tools and without the use of such tools, as well as through mixed processing for the following purposes:

  • identification of the User when registering on the website or authentication of a registered User;
  • providing the User with access to personalized resources;
    establishing feedback with the User, including directing messages, requests related to the use of the website, processing requests and applications from the User; confirming the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User;
  • providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the website;
  • monitoring website usage;
  • sending advertising messages to the User, providing the User with personal offers, additional opportunities to use the website;
  • improving user experience, quality of service and work, ease of use, development of new services;
  • analysis of user data, conducting statistical and other research on the User’s interaction with the Company and third parties.

4. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

1. The processing of users’ personal data is carried out in accordance with the LAW OF UKRAINE “On Personal Data Protection” and the current legislation of Ukraine.

2. All personal data of the User is kept confidential and secure.

3. The Company has the right to transfer the User’s personal data and/or entrust its processing to third parties (Partners) in the following cases:

  • the transfer is necessary for the User to use the website;
  • in order to ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Company;
  • in other cases established by the current legislation of Ukraine and this policy .

4. The Website may contain links to other sites that are not operated by the Company. If the User follows the link, he will be taken to a third-party site. The Company strongly recommends that the User read the privacy policy of each site he visits. The Company does not control and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or actions of third-party sites or third-party services.

5. When processing personal data, the Company takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination of personal information, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to the User’s personal information regarding the processing of personal data by the Company and the requirements of personal data legislation.

6. Processing of users’ personal data is carried out on equipment located in secured premises.

5. COMPANY OBLIGATIONS

1. The company is obliged to:

  • use the User’s personal data obtained exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
  • ensure the confidentiality of the User’s personal data.
  • to perform other duties stipulated by the Privacy Policy and the legislation of Ukraine.

6. USER OBLIGATIONS

1. The user is obliged to:

  • provide the Company with the User’s reliable personal information necessary for using the website;
  • notify the Company of any changes to their personal data no later than 7 days from the date of their change.

7. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

1. Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. The new Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Company’s website collar.com unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.

8. ADDITIONAL TERMS

1. The Privacy Policy is posted on the Company’s website collar.com

2. The Company stores the Users’ personal data for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes of processing such data. Personal data may be destroyed in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine or in accordance with the User’s official request within 30 calendar days.

3. If the Company has made changes to the Privacy Policy with which the User does not agree, he is obliged to stop using the website. The fact of continuing to use the website is confirmation of the User’s consent and acceptance of the relevant version of the Privacy Policy.

4. The Company recommends that the User periodically review the Policy for any changes.
