The Quietest Aquarium Compressor in the World aPump USB that Works from a Powerbank
COLLAR Company, the Ukrainian manufacturer of innovative pet supplies, updated its collection of aquarium compressors in March. The new aquarium product is appropriate both for professional aquarium keepers and beginners. The updated aPump USB compressor operates for a long time from a powerbank. And this feature might be very useful during power outages.
All AquaLighter aquarium compressors have a patented technology that approves they are the quietest in the world. Previously, the series included such supplies as aPump, aPump Mini, aPump Maxi, and aPump Magnet. They are developed for different volumes of aquariums with a range from 40 litres to 200 litres, and energy consumption from 0.9 watts to 3 watts. The noise level for all types is defined as less than 35 dB.
The quietest aquarium compressor saturates water with oxygen, a vital element for the normal functioning of the fish. This process is called aeration when air is mixed with aquarium water. And this is the required condition for the livelihood of all aquarium inhabitants. More than that, aeration enables normal water circulation, maintains the temperature, and destroys bacterial and dust films that form on the water’s surface. All these conditions are crucial for many fish species.
Aquarium keepers can use the aPump USB with any 5 V power supply that has USB output from a smartphone or tablet, or a powerbank in the case when the power grid is missing. The product has low energy consumption, so the compressor operates for a long time from a powerbank, specifically for 24 hours if the capacity is 10,000 mAh.
